Reducing lower back pain

Hi I'm Sandhya and I work with women (mostly) over 50 on your journey to help to reduce your lower back pain without doing loads of sit ups and crunches so that you can feel in control of your life again.  We offer small (max 12-14) and friendly group classes of Yoga, pilates and meditation groups in Keynsham, Bristol and Bath (Hen party Yoga sessions).
I have had my own struggle with chronic back pain and depression, and believe that Yoga, Pilates and meditation are powerful tools in creating positive mental and physical changes.
