Improving physical and mental health.

Hi I'm Sandhya and I work with you on your journey to help improve your health & wellbeing and reduce your pain and symptoms.  We offer small and friendly group classes of Yoga, pilates and meditation groups in Keynsham, Bristol and Bath (Hen party Yoga sessions) and online stress management & beginners meditation courses.
I have had my own struggle with chronic back pain and depression, and believe that Yoga, Pilates and meditation are powerful tools in creating positive mental and physical changes.
